Strong Powerful Ride
Equipped with a powerful 2000W motor, the Segway MAX G3 E is ideal for urban commuting and nature exploration, while being capable of handling steep inclines with ease.

Longer Range
Our signature self-developed SegRange™ technology extends the range, enabling longer rides. With a built-in battery capacity of 597 Wh combined with SegRange™, the Segway MAX G3 E offers a range of up to 80 km.

Additional Battery
The optional battery of 460 Wh can extend the range up to 135 km at 15 km/h. It can be charged independently, accommodating various charging scenarios for ultimate convenience and extended journeys.

Fast Charging
The built-in fast charger requires just one cable to power up. With an optional DC charger the Segway MAX G3 E can be simultaneously charged in around 2.5 hours.

11-inch Self-Sealing Tyres
The upgraded 11-inch self-sealing tyres enhance the Segway MAX G3 E's traction and durability on various terrains. The jelly layer can automatically seal punctures up to 4mm in diameter, ensuring hassle-free maintenance and repair.

Efficient Front & Rear Disc Brakes
Stay in control at high speeds and slow down with an efficient braking system. The upgraded double-action piston disc brakes feature four brake pads, two per brake caliper. This provides better contact between the pads and the rotor improving heat dissipation and increasing braking efficiency.

IPX6 Water Resistance*
The Segway MAX G3 E now boasts IPX6 water resistance rating, ensuring a reliable riding performance even in wet conditions.

The battery pack is IPX7.

*IP Rating:The product is protected against high pressure water stream from any angle, which has been rated IPX6 for water resistance according to the IEC Standard 60529 and has been tested under controlled conditions. Do not charge the product when it is wet or in a moist environment. Immersion in liquid and the resulting damage is not covered by the warranty.

All-Aluminum Alloy Frame
The Segway MAX G3 E features a high-strength, lightweight aluminum alloy frame. It has undergone 500,000 suspension durability tests and a simulated 20,000 km random vibration test. With a maximum load capacity of 130 kg. SegwayMAX G3 E showcases its robust and reliable quality.

At Alpha Moto, we prioritize fast delivery at a fair cost. We ship via a reliable courier with track and trace for most products, except bulky and heavy items.

Pick up location and times

We are currently located at 8/2 Pukete Road, Te Rapa, Hamilton 3200.

Our opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday and 9am- 3pm on Saturdays.

We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays. (Unless special arrangement prior)

What to bring?

Order online, collect in-store! Simply show your order reference or photo ID for pickup. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they’ll need the order reference too. Your order’s security matters to us, so we require one of these criteria to release it.

General Products

Including most apparel, helmets, small bike parts, small accessories and other general products that aren’t bulky or heavy.

Bulky and Heavy Products

Including bikes, engines, large bike parts, and other oversized and heavy items.

Dispatch & Shipping Times:

Your order will be dispatched by our Courier Company once the payment is cleared. You will also receive an email confirmation with track and trace reference when your order is dispatched.

Hamilton: Same day or Overnight

Rest of North Island: 1-2 Working Days

South Island: 2-4 Working Days

Rural Address: Extra 1-2 Working Days based on the original time

Other impacts may cause a delay on shipment

-Orders received after 3pm or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

-It may cause a delay on delivery when its statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days.

-The delivery service can also have delays due to unexpected circumstances.

All ALPHA MOTO customers are protected under Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with an exchange, store credit or a full refund as long as you meet the following terms and conditions:

Products except ATV quads, motorbike and scooters

All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in brand new condition, tags still intact. We do not accept returns if it’s more than 14 days after the purchase date or simply because you have changed your mind.

All returns are at customers’ expense including the initial freight unless products are proven faulty.

All returned item(s) will incur a restocking fee which is 20% of the original price purchased unless faulty. If you receive a faulty product from us, we will attempt to repair or replace the item. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of ALPHA MOTO. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.

What is the return procedure?

In-Store Returns

Bring the product into our store in Te Rapa, Hamilton with a proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. We do not offer cash refunds. Our team will happily arrange the refund for you and it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that the initial postage is not refundable except approved warranty claim.

Returns via postage

Send us an email if you want to return a product with proof of purchase and the reason for the exchange or return.

Use a good carton, return package via insured Courier service of your choice.

After we have assessed your claim for a return there are three options available for our customers:

Refund: A refund will be made via bank transfer

Credit Note: The issuing of a store credit notes provides an alternative to a refund. These credit notes can be used to purchase anything from the ALPHA MOTO. Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be generated for amounts less than $1.00.

Repair or replace: If the returned product is still under warranty, then the repair or replacement will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer. In some cases, we may not be able to repair or replace your product due to availability or discontinuation of that particular line.

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received credit or refund.

ATV quads, motorbike and scooters

We do not generally provide exchange and refund for bikes. However, if warranty claim is accepted, we will try our best to repair the bike and ensure the same problem will not happen again. At very rare cases exchange and refund may be issued at the discretion of ALPHA MOTO.
