Collect & Shipping

At Alpha Moto we aim to get your order shipped to you as fast as possible, but with a fair and competitive shipping cost. We use the courier company (with track and trace service) for most general products, only excluding bulky and heavy products.

Pick up location and times

We are currently located at 8/2 Pukete Road, Te Rapa, Hamilton 3200.
Our opening hours are 9 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday and 9 AM- 3 PM on Saturdays.
We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays. (Unless special arrangement prior)

What to bring?

Order online and collect directly from us! Just bring a copy of your order reference or photo ID to collect your order. If you have someone collecting your order on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of your order reference. For security of your order, we will not allow the order to leave the shop without at least one of these criteria being met.

General Products

Including most apparel, helmets, small bike parts, small accessories and other general products that aren’t bulky or heavy.

Bulky and Heavy Products

Including bikes, engines, large bike parts, and other oversized and heavy items.

Dispatch & Shipping Times:

Your order will be dispatched by our Courier Company once the payment is cleared. You will also receive an email confirmation with track and trace reference when your order is dispatched.

Hamilton: Same day or Overnight

Rest of North Island: 1-2 Working Days

South Island: 2-4 Working Days

Rural Address: Extra 1-2 Working Days based on the original time

Other impacts may cause a delay on shipment

-Orders received over the weekend will be processed for the next working day.

 -It may cause a delay on delivery when its statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days.

 -The delivery service can also have delays due to unexpected circumstances.
